Inspection Comments | FOLLOW UP FOR #51. THE 'Y' SPLITTER HAS BEEN RECONNECTED TO THE SERVICE SINK AND NO DEDICATED WATER LINE HAS BEEN INSTALLED FOR THE CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEM. THE 'Y' SPLITTER WAS REMOVED DURING THE INSPECTION AND THE CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEM WAS LEFT DISCONNECTED. A DEDICATED WATER LINE FOR THE CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEM MUST BE INSTALLED. I WILL CONTACT THE DISTRICT MANAGER, FRAN, TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION. |
